Adults over 18 years: Take one tablet daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days, with or without food. Do not exceed 14 tablets in a day. Do not use for prolonged or repeated periods, repeated use ora history of allergy or gastrointestinal disease. Possible side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, flat or acid regurgitation, reflux, ototoxicity and flat stomach.
